Apnea is an extraordinary experience; reaching a new limit in time or depth provides a unique and fulfilling sensation. The PADI Advanced Freediver course is designed for those who want to continually improve their skills, allowing for a gradual and mindful progression of one's body during apnea.
To participate in the PADI Advanced Freediver course, you must be at least 15 years old and hold a PADI Freediver certification (or an equivalent certification from another organization). Additionally, you must have completed an Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care course within the last 24 months, which can be completed during the Rescue Diver course. Your instructor may also offer you the PADI Emergency Oxygen Provider specialty.
With this course, you will further refine your skills and achieve new goals, exploring the limits of your body and enhancing your freediving performance.
