◦ Monetary Refund: If you prefer a direct refund to your payment method, we will issue a 60% refund of the total amount.
• Last Minute Cancellation (Less than 72 hours notice):
◦ You never lose your credit! Even for late cancellations, we will issue a 100% Credit Voucher to be used for a future booking or on our e-shop.
• Weather Conditions & Force Majeure:
If the weather prevents us from diving safely, you are fully protected. You can choose between:
1. Rescheduling to a new date.
2. A 100% Monetary Refund.
3. A Credit Voucher for future use.
Refund Processing: Monetary refunds are issued within 48 hours. Please note that banks may take additional time to process and reflect the funds in your account.
