Become part of the AIR SUB team and transform your passion for the sea into a professional career. We operate steadily in the living heart of the Capo Carbonara Marine Protected Area, one of the most prestigious and biodiverse natural and underwater settings in the Mediterranean.

Working with our diving center means joining a united, dynamic staff strongly focused on safety and the quality of the underwater experience. Every day, we guide recreational divers, technical divers and students through some of the most beautiful dives in Sardinia.

The 3 opportunities to work with AIR SUB

Option 1

Internship Program

For divers who want to take their first steps into the professional diving world, from Open Water or Advanced level toward Divemaster certification.

Starting requirement: Open Water Diver or Advanced Open Water Diver certification.
Training period: from May to October, following the rhythm of the season.
Professional growth: step-by-step training through the skills needed to become a certified Divemaster.
Daily life in the diving center: logistics, equipment preparation, customer welcome and boat support with the senior team.

Option 2

Divemaster

For certified dive guides who love working with guests, communicate clearly and bring strong teamwork into daily operations.

Main role: guide groups underwater, plan and manage pre-dive briefings, assist recreational divers.
What we look for: strong safety focus, respect for the protected marine environment, punctuality and excellent communication.
Added value: guide divers through breathtaking underwater scenarios, from Isola dei Cavoli to the pristine seabeds of Serpentara.

Option 3

Scuba Instructor

For professional scuba instructors with active teaching status, solid teaching experience, leadership and a safety-first mindset.

Main role: teach scuba courses from entry levels to advanced and specialty programs.
Manage training, student progression and supervision of confined and open water activities.

Your base: the underwater wonders of Villasimius

Working with AIR SUB allows you to refine your diving experience and professional background in unique dive sites. Our daily routine develops around the most famous and spectacular areas of the region.

Among the main destinations are the famous Secca di Santa Caterina, known for its granite pinnacles and frequent encounters with large pelagic fish, the shoals and channels around wild Serpentara Island, and the scenic underwater landscapes surrounding Isola dei Cavoli.
